Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused unworn and in original condition
Items must be returned with original packaging and tags
Items must not show signs of wear damage or odor
Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Worn or used footwear
Items damaged by improper use
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Clearance or final sale items
Return Process

Once your return is approved we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time is 7 to 15 business days
Original shipping fees are non refundable
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:
Offer a replacement or full refund
Cover return shipping costs if applicable
Photo or video proof may be required.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
After shipment orders cannot be canceled but may be returned following this policy.
